Our business is proudly named in loving memory of our beautiful angel Bella, whose loyalty and unconditional love inspired us to turn our passion into a professional service. Today, Bella’s spirit lives on through every animal we care for. Alongside Bella’s legacy are our own beloved companions, Millie and Mya, who continue to remind us daily why compassionate, attentive pet care matters so much.

Professionalism and trust are extremely important to us. We hold current Police Checks and Working With Children Checks, because we understand that pets are family — and in many homes, pets truly are the children. Our clients can feel confident knowing their homes and animals are in safe, responsible hands.

Our qualifications reflect our commitment to high standards of care:

• Lori holds certificates in Dog Care and Canine Psychology, providing knowledge in behaviour, welfare, and enrichment.

• Tony holds qualifications in Herpetology (Reptile Care) and has achieved a Distinction Merit and National Diploma in Animal Management, bringing extensive understanding across a wide range of species.
